Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using RushLLM ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

RushLLM is an AI-powered chat service that provides conversational assistance. The Service uses third-party AI models (including OpenAI and Anthropic) to generate responses.

User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

Credits and Payment

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are purchased in Canadian Dollars (CAD) at a rate of $1 CAD = 1,000 credits. Credits are non-refundable and do not expire. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate others
• Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures
• Reverse engineer or exploit the Service
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

AI-Generated Content

The Service generates content using AI models. You acknowledge that:

• AI responses may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content before use
• AI responses should not be relied upon for medical, legal, or financial advice
• We do not guarantee the quality or suitability of responses

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you input into the Service. You grant us a license to process your inputs to provide the Service. AI-generated responses may be used by you for any lawful purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RushLLM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
